In case of cancellation within 31 days before the departure date, no penalty will be applied.

In case of cancellation between 30 days and 16 days before the departure date, a fine of 50% will be applied as a penalty.

In case of cancellation between 15 days and the departure date a 100% fine will be applied.

For this reason, if the sea conditions are not safe to navigate, no penalty will be applied in case of cancellation and any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
